| 摘 要： | 建立高校惩治和预防腐败体系具有十分重要的意义。建立该体系要坚持正确的指导思想,确立务实的体系目标,要运用理论方法,构思科学的体系框架,进而紧扣高校的工作实际,设计完善的高校惩治和预防腐败体系。该体系具体由“体系总体说明”、“宣传教育体系”、“制度约束体系”、“监督查处体系”和“评价预警体系”等五大模块所构成。

| Abstract: | It is very important to establish a system of punishing and preventing corruption in colleges and universities.In order to establish the system,we should adhere to correct guiding principle,set pragmatic objective,construct scientific framework and design perfect system according to the practice of colleges and universities.The system consists of "overall explanation of the system","system of propaganda and education","system of constraint by regulations","system of supervising",and"system of appraising and early warning". |
