| Abstract: | The establishment of a digital campus with the functions of teaching, management, sharing of learning resources and extensive communication, satisfies the needs of creating a scholastic environment and the development of information. The purpose is to make the best use of immense college information resources. The process and deveploping strategy of digital library based on the builiding of Najing University digital campus will be presented. |
