内地西藏班实施成功教育的尝试与思考

江苏南通西藏民族中学针对内地西藏班这个特殊教育群体，确立了“力求人人成功，务使个个成人”的成功教育办学理念。在先期培养藏族学生“品德自律、学习自主和生活自理”能力的基础上，运用成功教育思想指导教育教学。以培养藏族学生成功心理素质，形成学生的自我教育能力，获取品德修炼和学习的成功为目标，旨在以成功教育思想达成内地西藏班学生的教育成功。

Reflections on the Trial of Tibetan Classes in Inland China

This paper discusses Tibetan classes in inland China, which take ＂striving to ensure the success of all students＂ as their goal. Based on ＂cultivation of students＇ self-discipline in their study and life＂, these schools apply the successful idea to guide their education. They take the cultivation of students＇ psychological quality to have self-education capability and achievement both in characteristics and study as their aim, attempting to have a successful education under the guidance of the successful idea.
