基于两级遗传算法的模糊化计划调度

摘    要:制订长期生产计划时,约束的精确值往往很难确定.采用在资源约束和合同约束下关于利润指标的模糊化非线性规划来产生优化的生产计划,并用遗传算法寻找优化的调度方案.给出了一个具体的生产计划调度问题的算例.

Abstract:Optimization of planning and scheduling problems in manufacturing system often falls into difficulties because of constraints of resources or contracts. Problems without enough constraints may produce a quite good solution. However, precise values of constraints are difficult to determine during the course of long dated scheduling. This paper applied a fuzzed nonlinear programming method to generate optimized production plan and searched optimized scheduling scheme with Genetic Algorithms (GA), together with the constraints of resources and contracts. Meanwhile, a calculating example solving planning and scheduling problem was given.
