韩城矿区高硫煤脱硫固硫可行性研究

摘    要:韩城矿区高硫煤主要是指 1 1 # 煤。 1 1 # 煤平均全硫含量为 4.36% ,平均有机硫含量为2 .1 8%。对 1 1 # 煤分别进行了燃前脱硫、燃后烟气净化脱硫及燃中固硫可行性研究 ,从脱硫率、经济价值及实用性方面综合考虑 ,结合韩城矿区地层的实际情况 ,得出结论认为 1 1 # 煤适合于采用添加碳酸盐岩固硫剂进行燃中固硫处理。

Abstract:High sulfur coal mainly refers to 11 # coal in Hancheng mining area. The average rate of all sulfur in the 11 # coal is about 4.36 percent, and that of organic sulfur 2.18 percent. From the feasibility researches into the 11 # coal on sulfur absorption before burning and after burning and fixation during the course of burning, it is concluded that the 11 # coal should be treated by adding dolomite and limestone during the course of burning.
