| 摘 要： | 提出了资源度量的新指标——使用性能指标、工艺性能指标、安全环保指标和综合经济指标，与现行的、也是传统的实物形态指标、价值形态指标共同构成资源度量的指标体系。指标体系的建立，使资源使用的有效性更具可比性，从而促进资源的合理利用

| Abstract: | New indices of measuring resources namely performance index,technological performance index,security and environmental protection index,and comprehensive economic index,are proposed.These new indices together with the present or traditional index of object form and the index of value form constitate the index system of resources measuration.The establishment of the index system makes the effectiveness of resources use possess more comparability,thus promotes reasonable use of resources. |
