| 摘 要： | 在社会转型时期，中国民法是我国民事法律规范和制度的总称，其价值应体现现代民法精神，以指导我国民事立法（中国民法典编纂）、民事司法和进行民事活动的全过程。该文分析论证中国民法的秩序-安全、平等-公平、自由-效益基本价值，旨在对中国民法基本价值进行科学求证，以期为我国社会转型期民事法治实践提供价值支持。
