摘    要:高校后勤社会化过程中,逐渐形成“新人”与“老人”两大群体。他们情况不同,心态各异,必须解决融合稳定问题。其关键是要建立新型的人事和分配制度,完善工会组织,开展各类活动,加强后勤职工的党建工作和思想政治工作。

Abstract:During the market-oriented process of college logistics,two groups of employees have gradually developed,that is,the old group and the new group.They are faced with different situations and have different mentality.So it is necessary to cope with the problem of integration and stability of employees.The key is to establish new types of personnel and distribution systems, to improve the workers'union, to organize a variety of activities, and to strengthen the party organization and political work.
