| Abstract: | This paper describes how to establish a corpus for Tibetan speech synthesis. The quality of voice database has direct effects on synthetic speech quality. In designing the database,segment and prosody have been taken into consideration,and Tibet syllables,words,sentences of soliloquy and paragraphs of dialogue contained. |
