| 摘 要： | 随着高校招生规模的迅速扩大，大学生就业难的问题日益显现，高校作为就业的主体责任部门，探索一套促进就业的有效工作措施已迫在眉睫。笔者就高校就业工作存在的困惑进行了认真思考，结合实践提出了一系列就业工作措施，对高校就业工作的有效开展提供了现实的指导意义。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the enrollment scale of colleges,there exists a problem that the employment for college graduates becomes increasingly difficult.As the main responsibility unit,it is urgent for colleges to explore a series of effective measures to promote the employment.The author considers seriously about the puzzles in students' employment and puts forward a series of employment measures which will give practical guidance for college graduate employment. |
