| Abstract: | This paper expounds the measures of coal enterprises how to reduce cost of the products and improve the economic benefit, including extending scope of cost management, peeling off social function of enterprise, establishing managerial system of target cost, strengthening internal examination system, carrying out institution reform, simplifying and dividing personnel, intensifying management of materials purchase, increasing synthetical output of coal, etc. |
