| 摘 要： | 当前,西部新建本科院校存在大学精神缺失、办学理念滞后、教育教学问题亟待改进等突出问题.强化教师能力建设、推进人才培养模式改革、切实提高教育教学质量、加快现代化教学手段建设、积极促进学生全面发展等,都是破解当下的诸多难题应采取的有效策略.

| Abstract: | At present,the problems at the newly-built universities in the West are,lack of university spirit,backward notion for running the school,and low teaching quality.The countermeasures for those problems are to improve the construction of the teaching staff and the teaching quality,promote the training model of the staff,speed up the construction of the modern teaching technology,and deepen the administration of the university and its schools. |
