生物柴油掺燃乙醇对发动机影响的试验研究

摘    要:前期的试验研究表明,相对于传统的矿物柴油,生物柴油作为再生能源,含氧量高,可大幅降低烟度的排放,并能在一定程度降低CO排放.为进一步降低排放,在生物柴油中掺燃不同比例乙醇,就最大转矩转速和标定转速工况下进行了负荷特性试验研究,排放检测采用了最新的AVL排气分析仪.结果表明,与纯生物柴油相比,混合燃料(乙醇掺烧率小于30%)的动力性能良好,当量油耗率在较大负荷工况下有所改善;碳烟在整个运转工况范围内均有大幅度的降低,而HC排放则反之;CO和NO_x排放受乙醇掺烧率影响,NO_x排放量在乙醇掺烧率为10%~20%时明显减少,如继续增大乙醇掺混比例,NO_x排放增加;CO排放量在乙醇掺烧率为10%时最佳,大负荷工况下有明显的降低.

Abstract:Prior research show that comparing with traditional mineral diesel, biodiesel-ethanol blends as a renewable energy possesses the advantage of higher oxygen content, lower smoke emission, and the CO emission can be lower in a certain extent. In order to achieve further reduction on emission,an experimental research of load characteristic on diesel engine fueled with different proportion of biodiesel-ethanol blends on maximum torque speed and standard speed was carried out. The latest AVL analyzer was adopted to analyze emission. Results show that, comparing with biodiesel, biodie-sel-ethanol blends can reach the original engine power when the proportion of ethanol is below 30% , and the equivalent brake specific fuel consumption rate has been obviously improved when the diesel engine work on high load condition. Results also show apparently reduction on smoke emission at whole load condition but HC emissions are reversed. CO emissions and NO_x emissions are influenced by the proportion of ethanol. NO_x emissions are reduced obviously when the proportion of ethanol is between 10%~20%. If the proportion of ethanol continues to increase, NO_x emissions will be higher. CO emissions are best when the proportion of ethanol is 10%, and obviously reduces on high load condition.
