| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于横截面法和流动路径法的异型材挤出成型中熔体在模头内流动的数值模拟方法。此方法的主要特点是三维流动问题转变为一个一维和一个二维问题求解,它可预测截面复杂的异型材挤出模头压力降和具有多个分支流道的挤出模头出口处物料的平均流速,并用实际算例说明了数值模拟的特点和用途。

| Abstract: | A numerical method for simulation of flow in complex plastics profile extrusion dies is presented.It has characteristic of changing three-dimensional.into planar and blindly to slove.The approach is based on a blend of the cross-section method in which the pressure drop can be obtained and the flow path method which can predict the exit flow rate in multiple channel dies,i.e.dies provided with melt flow independent channels in the land.The validity and practicality of the proposed method is illustrated by two examples. |
