质子交换膜燃料电池空压机系统与能流分析

摘    要:首先,从质子交换膜燃料电池电堆阴极的需求对空压机出口压力、流量进行理论分析;然后,根据能量守恒原则从整体上对质子交换膜燃料电池供气系统中双螺杆压缩机的能流进行分析。通过分析可知:空气供给系统电机的控制与电机特性、压缩机特性、电机的转速、电堆控制输出对象均密切相关。

Abstract:The pressure and the rate of flow were discussed for the demands of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell system(PEMFC) stack cathode.According to the conservation of energy,the energy flow was studied for the PEMFC gas supply subsystem which uses double screw air compressor.From the analysis,the control of the air supply system motor is closely related to the properties of motor and compressor,the motor speed and the output of the PEMFC pile.
