| 摘 要： | 本文报告自1968—1985年2月,收治先天性孤立肾7例,其中经手术5例,综合临床资料确诊2例。本症较罕见,临床无典型症状,容易漏诊或误诊。但因伴有其他先天崎形或合并症,而检查时可发现,文中着重讨论有关诊断问题。强调指出,对外伤性急腹症并肾破裂的诊疗中,必须警惕存在孤立肾的可能性。对孤立肾合并结石伴有尿路梗阻,须采取积极手术治疗。

| Abstract: | 7 cases of congenital solitary kidney are presented. 5 cases had been operated upon and the remaining two engaged the diagnosis with the clinical data. This is a rare disease with no characteristic clinical manifestations. Therefore, the diagnosis could be easily missed. Various complications or the associated urognital congenital malformations have been encountered. The methods of the diagnosis of the disease are pointed out and discussed in detail. The possibility of the presence of the solitary kidney should ever be kept in mind during the management of the acute abdomen associated with traumatic rupture of the kidney. The nephrolith and the obstruction of the uropath in the case of the solitary kidney must be treated with operation in time to relief the symptoms for the purpose of preserving the renal function. |
