黑牛肝菌降血脂及抗氧化作用的实验研究

目的 :探讨黑牛肝菌的降血脂及抗氧化作用。方法 :雄性SD大鼠40只随机分为高、低两个剂量组和高脂模型组及正常对照组 ,前三个组给予高脂饲料喂养 ,并每日分组灌胃给6.50%、3.25%黑牛肝菌匀浆液和蒸馏水1ml/100g体重 ,连续30d。分别测定血脂及抗氧化指标。结果 :黑牛肝菌高、低剂量组血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯和丙二醛含量明显低于高脂模型组 (P<0.01) ,而血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量和血清及肝脏的超氧化物歧化酶活力明显高于高脂模型组 (P<0.01)。结论 :黑牛肝菌对大鼠有明显的降血脂及抗氧化作用。

Research of Boletus Aereus on Effect of Lowering Hyperlipidemia and Antioxidation in Rats

Objective:To study the effect of Boletus aereus to lowering blood lipid and antioxidation in the hyper-lipidemia rats.Methods:The male SD rats were divided randomly into four groups,i.e.,high-dosage group,low-dosage group,hyperlipidemia model group and control group.High-dosage group,low-dosage group and hyper-lipidemia model group were fed on high lipid feed and were given with1ml/100g weight of6.50%,3.25%Boletus aereus and distilled water by stomach perfusion for thirty days,respectively.Then the blood lipid and antioxidation were tested.Results:The serum level of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the high and low-dosage group were significantly lower(P<0.01)than that in the hyperlipidemia model group and the serum level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum and liver were significantly higher(P<0.01)than that in the hyperlipidemia model group.Conclusion:Boletus aereus has a distinct effect of lowering the blood lipid and antioxidation in rats.
