| 摘 要： | 从全球电子信息产业发展规律和趋势的角度,揭示东莞电子信息产业在危机中的困境与机遇,对东莞电子信息产业转型升级的方向和路径进行探索,提出东莞电子信息产业＂软硬结合、以软带硬＂的总体思路。并在此基础上,进一步提出了促进东莞电子信息产业转型升级的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper shows the difficulties and opportunities of IT Industry of Dongguan in crisis from the perspective of global information industry,while exploring the direction and path of the upgrading of IT Industry. Above all,a general idea has been put forward to develop Software Industry,and promote Hardware Industry.On this basis,some measures to upgrade IT Industry are further put forward. |
