教育的产业性商品性与教育市场体系的建立

教育的经济属性体现于它的产业性。教育是以教育劳动为主的非物质生产的产业,即第三产业;教育的商品性,体现于它的产品社会分配和交换,是否通过市场配置进行。在社会主义初级阶段,市场经济是我国经济活动的基础。教育产业的产品,最终也将通过相应市场活动进行社会分配的交换,因而具有商品性;产业性和商品性并不是教育唯一的属性,更不是教育内部关系规律的属性,不能提教育产业化和商品化;在社会主义条件下,市场作为教育运行机制的重要要素,在其运行过程中,对教育系统发挥四种基础作用;为了最大地发挥市场经济规律和教育自身规律优势,寻求两者结合点,抑制它们的消极作用,必须建立与发展教育市场及其体系。

The Industry and Commodity Attributes of Education and the Establishment of the Educational Market System

The economical attribute of education is embodied in its industrial attribute. Education is a non-material production industry based on educational labour service,that is, the tertiary industry.the commodity attribute of education is embodied in whether the social distribution and exchange undergo in market activities or not.During the elementary socialist stage,market economy is the foundation of economical activities in our country,The products of educational industry will in the end be distributed and exchanged through corresponding market activities,and thus will possess commodity attribute.lndustry and commodity at- tributes are not the sole ones of education,still less ones of its internal relation laws.So we should not advocate industrialization and commercialization of education.The market,as an essential factor of the operation function of(eoUege) education,plays four basic roles in the ed- ucational system under the socialist market economy conditions.We must establish and develop the educational market and its system to bring the advantages of the market economy laws and laws of(college) education into full play,seek for the connection of the two and restrain their negative effects.
