摘    要:本文采用分光光度法对使饮料褪色的一些因素一溶液中钙、铁、镁、铜等离子的含量进行了考察,并对降低饮料褪色的措施进行了验证,给出了用聚磷酸盐减缓饮料褪色的实验数据。
