| Abstract: | Summary Cholinergic agents are known to induce increases in tissue and plasma levels of cyclic GMP in experimental animals. We observed that i.m. injection of methacholine, a cholinergic agent, caused significant increases in plasma cyclic GMP and cyclic AMP in man. |
