从临床医学专业98级学生毕业 实习意向看我院的实习管理

临床医学专业学生最后一年的毕业实习是由医院带习教师指导进行的，学生在医院学习的好坏很大程度上取决于学生的主动性和自觉性，而学生自觉、主动性的发挥又取决于他们对实习医院的满意程度，学生对实习医院是否满意则与其实习意向密切相关。本通过对我院九八级临床医学专业学生在毕业实习前对其选择毕业实习点的目的、要求和选择意向进行抽样问卷调查，并将调查结果进行报告和分析。

Judging the Management of Fieldwork from the Intention of Graduation Field Work of Grade 98 Students Major in Clinical Medicine

The last fieldwork that the Clinical Medicine majors taken is guided by teachers in hospital. The result of fieldwork depends on the initiative and consciousness of the students. The students' initiative and consciousness depend on the satisfaction with the hospital, whether the students satisfy with the hospital or not has close relation between itself and intention of field work. According to the sample survey of the students' intention, demand and purpose of choosing the practice direction before the grade 98 Clinical Medicine majors graduating from Dali Collage, the author will report and analyze the result.
