| 摘 要： | 人文精神是人的能力发展的精神动力,是创新能力发展的内在动力,并引导创新能力发展的趋向,从而使创新能力的形成寻找到了精神的动力源。创新能力的成果为人的全面发展提供更加优越的物质条件和精神动力,使人以适合自己本性的方式来实现发展的终极目标。
