| 摘 要： | 农村科技服务业在农村新技术推广中,要与农户、农村合作社、农业企业之间建立利益共享、风险共担、责权利分配合理的模式。提出以农户为载体的新技术推广的风险共担模式;以合作社为载体的新技术推广风险共担模式;以公司和企业为载体的新技术推广的风险共担模式,以及保证这些模式正常运行的配套政策建议。
