一种用于工业废气处理的气体消毒管的设计

摘    要:概述了工业废气处理的主要方法及其优缺点。利用研究高气压微空心阴极辉光放电的成果,设计了一款能够用于工业废气处理的气体消毒装置,对该装置的结构、工作原理和特点进行了详细的论述。实验结果表明:利用该装置对工业废气中的甲烷清除达到70,苯清除达到90,消毒效果相当好。

Abstract:The main method and the advantage and disadvantage of the industry exhaust gas disposal are generalized. The gas detoxification device is designed for industry exhaust gas disposal by the research results of high gas pressure micro - hollow cathode glow discharge. The configuration and the operation principle and the characteristics of the device are discussed in detail. The experiment results show that the effect of the detoxifieation is rather good, and the eliminating rate of the methane is up to 70 % , the benzene is up to 90 % in the industry exhaust gas with the device.
