工程硕士实践实验平台建设的探索与实践

摘    要:以浙江大学台州研究院为实践平台,探索工程硕士实践培养新模式。浙江大学用半年时间安排工程硕士进行理论课程学习,用一年半时间在浙江大学台州研究院所属企业进行专业实践、项目研究和撰写论文。浙江大学台州研究院建立了课程交流教学平台,建立了学校、企业的"双导师"制,制定了合理的奖学金激励机制,取得了较好的成绩。上述创新模式和实践经验对进一步创办产学研基地实践实验平台有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the educational model of engineering master students at Zhejiang University Taizhou Research Institute. The students spends half an year' s curricula at Zhejiang University, and then a year and half' s time for professional practices, academic research projects and research paper writing at the Taizhou Research Institute and affiliated enterprises. The teaching platform of exchangeable courses, co - advisers system and scholarship programs are well established. These innovative models and practical experiences are useful for further development of industry - university - research bases.
