摘    要:实践是催生创新的动力源泉,是高等院校培养高素质创新人才的必然要求。文中在分析制约大学生创新能力培养的因素的基础上,针对实践教学体系构成要素,分别介绍了实践教学体系构建的目的性原则、系统性原则以及重视保障体系建设原则,从创新实践育人理念、统筹设计实践体系、优化实践教学资源以及强化实验教师队伍等方面对实践教学体系的构建进行了思考与实践,并给出了4433实践教学体系实例。

Abstract:Practice is the source of innovation, and it is also the inevitable requirement of universities for cultivating high quality and innovative talents. After analyzing the reatraint factors of cultivating innovation ability, aiming at the components of practice system, the objective principle, systematic principle and principle of guarantee supporting system are introdyced. Then thinking and practice on how to construct practice teaching system bu innovating ptactice philosophy, integrating practical system, optimizing practice reasources and enhancing the ability of experimental teachers are given. Finally, "4433"practice teaching system is described as an example.
