| 摘 要： | 单位犯罪或称法人犯罪，是一种为单位利益或者以单位名义而实施的犯罪，属于一种特殊的犯罪形态，具有不同于个人犯罪的特征。立足于我国刑法理论及关于单位犯罪的有关规定，对“为单位谋取利益”在单位犯罪中的地位进行专门探讨很有必要。

| Abstract: | Unit crime or corporate crime is a crime committed for the sake of or under the name of a unit, which belongs to a special category of crime different from a personal crime. Based upon our criminal theory as well as provisions related to unit crime, this article particularly probes into the status of seeking profits for the sake of an institution in a unit crime. |
