Abstract:(Zn,Sr)_3(PO_4)_2: Sn phosphors were synthesized with H3BO3 as a flux. The H_3BO_3 does increase the luminescence intensity of phosphors, whereas the peak positions of excitation and cmission spectra keep unchanged. In addition, it was found that carbon powder as reducing agent instead of the red phosphorus can obtain the same satisfied results.
