摘    要:针对以往评估播种机播种后种子落于土中的种距时评估系统存在准确性差、效率低、结构复杂等不足之处,采用光电系统采集种子下落事件,直接用并口采集数据,通过计算机程序处理采集信号,从而可以快速地获得种子先后下落的时间间隔,时间间隔乘以播种机的前进速度即为种子间的距离,试验研究表明,系统能根据所测种距样本得出多种种距的评价指标如合格指数、平均值、标准差和变异系数等,同时也验证了系统测量种距的准确性.该系统既能快速精确地检测种距和在田间用于实时控制种距,又适于研制和开发新型排种器.

Abstract:Assessment of seed spacing as provided by mechanical planters is crucial in analyzing their performance. In order to eliminate former system's demerits such as inaccuracy, lower efficiency, higher complexity etc, a computerized photo-electronic seed spacing measurement system was developed, which gathers data by parallel port and then disposes them with computer program. By detecting the seed drop (events) at the seed tube end, the system measures the time interval, which is then multiplied by the plan-ter's travel speed. Thus the seed spacing can be estimated. The experimental results show that several (evaluation) indexes such as eligibility index, mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation, can be obtained according to the samples of seed spacing. Meanwhile seed spacing detected by the system can be verified accurately.
