摘    要:以四极质谱的理论为出发点,阐述了离子运动轨迹的高可靠数值计算模型. 结合仪器研发的实际需要,着重讨论四极质谱离子轨迹仿真系统的设计与实现,并应用该系统对四极离子阱中的高阶场、偶极激发和空间电荷效应进行了仿真论证,结果表明了仿真系统的有效性.

Abstract:Higher reliable numerical calculation model of ion trajectory in quadrupole mass spectrometry was explained from a theoretical point of view in this paper. Combining with the actual needs of instrument study, this paper focuses on the quadrupole mass spectrometer ion trajectory simulation system design and implementation. The problems of high order fields, dipole excitation and space charge effects in quadrupole ion trap were simulated by this ion trajectory simulator. And the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the simulation system.
