摘    要:针对传统健康监护设备体积大、功耗高、不适用于移动场合的问题,设计了一种智能移动的穿戴式健康监护终端,可用于心电、血压和血氧饱和度监测.监护终端包括生理信号采集处理板和智能手机平台两部分.采集处理板主要由微控制单元(MCU)及3种采集前端组成,生理信号经过采集和处理后传输至智能手机,主要用于数据显示、存储和终端控制,同时,还可以通过WiFi上传数据至服务器.终端经过模拟器实测,结果满足移动健康监护需求,体积为6 cm×9 cm×1 cm,使用时间可达1 d以上.

Abstract:Traditional health care equipments are unsuitable for mobile applications due to their large volume and high power consumption. In this paper, a wearable mobile device was designed for ECG, BP and SpO2 monitoring, which was mainly composed of the signal acquisition-processing board and then smart mobile phone. The mainboard which consists of a MCU and three kinds of signal acquisition front-end, was mainly used to acquire and process the physiological signals. Then the processed signals were transferred to a smart phone, which is utilized for display, storage and terminal control. In additional, the data charged by the phone can also be uploaded to a server through WIFI. The experiment results indicate that the device can meet the requirements of mobile health care, which is only 6 cm×9 cm×1 cm in size and the battery life is beyond 24 hours for the case of continuous work.
