应用直线电机控制的电炉电极系统的研究

摘    要:目前许多冶金企业使用的液压式电炉电极升降系统采用的是手动控制电极升降方案,针对问题提出了一种采用直线步进电机控制数字阀调节液压系统位置的结构,使现有系统可以实现电极升降的自动控制,同时对直线步进电机的控制使用Fuzzy—PID的控制方法,达到精密定位控制的目的。阐述和分析了数字阀控制液压系统升降可行性和稳定性。并通过实验验证了该系统调节具有精度高,响应快等优点。

Abstract:At present, the lifting system of hydraulic furnace electrode used in many metallurgical enterprises is the hand control electrode lifting scheme. Aiming at this problem, a structure of using linear stepping motor to control the position of hydraulic system with digit valve regulation is proposed, which makes the existing system realize automatic control. At the same time, the Fuzzy-PID control method is used to control linear stepping motor to achieve the goal of precise positioning control. The paper elaborates and analyzes the feasibility and the stability of digital valve control hydraulic lifting system, and it verifies the advantages of high precision and quick response through experiments.
