| 摘 要： | 高职院校出现的学生心理不和谐现状,在于现有高职院校社会支持网不够健全,没有发挥在心理和谐方面的积极促进、教育作用。通过建构符合高职学生特点的社会支持网以及建立以人为本的学生管理体制来建构心理相融的环境、发挥支持网的教育功能等实施途径来提高心理和谐的实效性。

| Abstract: | This essay discusses the inharmonious situation in higher vocational colleges. The reasons of that lie in missing of social support and so it has not played the role of positive promoter and the education function in the psychological harmonious aspect. According to the higher vocational college students characteristics,this essay trys to construct the social support net to enhance the psychological harmonious effectiveness. Concrete implementation ways are： establishing the humanist student management system; constructing mutual psychology harmonious environment; displaying educational function of social support net. |
