陶瓷微滤膜过滤亚微米级悬浮液的研究

摘    要:文章采用陶瓷微滤膜新技术 ,分离微米、亚微米级 Al(OH) 3和 Zr(OH) 4 悬浮液 ,实验结果表明其固液分离效率与操作性能均明显优于目前工业生产上普遍使用的各种传统分离技术 ,为陶瓷微滤膜在化学液相反应制备超细陶瓷微粉生产工艺的推广应用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:A novel technology based on ceramic microfiltration membrane is used to separate the suspended solution composed of Al(OH) 3 and Zr(OH) 4 particles of micrometer and submicrometer grade. The results show that the separation efficiency by use of this kind of technology has appreciable advantages over other conventional technologies, which are being used in the present industries. The study herein may provide a scientific proof for the extensive applications of the ceramic microfiltration membrane to the manufacture of ceramic powders by chemical liquid phase reactions.
