| Abstract: | Through reviewing the experiences of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China, this paper discusses on the necessity of the reform of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward the idea of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises from aspects of training the main body of the reform of state-owned enterprises, debt reconstruction of state-owned enterprises, assets management of state-owned enterprises, and upportig meaures of the reform of state-owned enterprises, etc. |
