轮廓控制系统的无累积误差插补法

摘    要:以往的插补方法普遍存在着累积误差问题,本文提出了一种无累积误差插补法。采用该插补方法,即使零件的轮廓很复杂,插补误差也不会大于一个脉冲当量。根据该方法所编写的程序,已在Z—80微处理机上调试通过。两字节直线插补的脉冲输出速度达13.4kHz;两字节圆弧插补的脉冲输出速度达6.5kHz。

Abstract:The interpolation method introduced in this article eliminates accumula- tive errors. Even when the number of curve segments comprising the machine part contour is very great, this method can make sure that interpolation errors are less than a least command increment. The program of this method is executed by the Z-80 microprocessor. The output pulse frequency is 13.4 kHz for line as interpolation of double bytes.
