构建两大都市圈加快三峡区域城镇化进程

城镇化是经济社会发展的重要路径与手段,也是衡量社会现代化程度的重要标尺.目前,三峡区域城镇化进程缓慢,发展不平衡,城镇间关联度低,既有经济社会因素,也有体制性因素.以科学发展观为指导,坚持城乡统筹,以重庆、宜昌为中心构建两大都市圈,形成层次 分明、规模适度、功能合理、优势互补的城镇体系,对于区域经济社会和谐发展,加快城镇化进程具有重要的推动作用和积极意义.

Urbanization is a major route and means of economic and social development,and is also a significant scale for measuring social modernization.Currently,the urbanization process of the Three Gorges Area made slow progress,development is not balance and the relationship of urban is lower.The reasons of this phenomenon are about economic and social factors,and of course have institutional factors.With the guidance of the scientific concept of development,sticking to the promotion of balanced development between the urban and rural areas,building the two Metropolitan Areas as the center area of Chongqing and Yichang,constructing the urban-rural system that unity and coherence is clear,the scale is moderate degree,the function is reasonable,and superiority is mutually complementary.Therefore,it is an important role and significance that the harmonious development of regional economy and society,accelerating the urbanization process.
