硅酸盐细菌GSY-1胞外多糖的性质及其对铝土矿的脱硅效果

摘    要:从1株硅酸盐细菌GSY-1的发酵液中提取胞外多糖,经紫外扫描和特征颜色反应,其不含有蛋白质和氨基酸,红外扫描表明有典型的多糖吸收峰.利用多糖脱硅试验表明:多糖含量0.1g·L-1,矿浆浓度10g·L-1,浸矿条件30℃,200r.min-1,3d,铝土矿样的A/S(铝硅比)从2.84提高到4.19,增幅达47.54%,差异显著,由此确定该胞外多糖具有显著的铝土矿脱硅能力.

Characteristics of Exo-Polysyccharides From the Silicate Bacterium GSY-1 and Its Leaching Effects on Bauxite Mineral
Abstract:The polysaccharides are extracted from the silicate bacterium GSY-1 culture liquids. They have no protein and amino acid which are determined using characteristics of color reaction and UV spectrophotometric method and their structures are analyzed by infrared spectrum (IR).In leaching experiment,the polysaccharides (0.1g/L) are inoculated in shaking flasks with 10 g/L bauxite powder and the test conditions are controlled of 200 r·min and 30 ℃ for 3 days. The ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2 (A/S) is improved from 2.84 to 4.19,the range reached 47.54% and the result difference is very remarkable.
