超声波功率对铸轧5182铝合金带坯组织性能的影响

摘    要:采用超声波连续铸轧工艺制备5182铝合金带坯,研究了超声波功率对5182铝合金带坯组织性能的影响.结果表明:施加超声波振动可细化5182铝合金带坯的晶粒组织,减轻元素的偏析程度.超声波的功率越大,5182铝合金带坯的晶粒越细小,元素偏析程度越小,拉伸力学性能越高.当超声波功率为800 W时,5182铝合金带坯的抗拉强度为211.4 MPa,伸长率为18.4%,与未施加超声波振动相比,此时5182铝合金带坯的抗拉强度提高了15.8%,伸长率提高了26.0%.

Abstract:The 5182 aluminum alloy strips were prepared by continuous casting and rolling process with ultrasonic vibration.The effect of ultrasonic power on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 5182 aluminum alloy strip was studied.The results show that the ultrasonic vibration can refine the grains size and reduce the elements segregation of 5182 aluminum alloy strip.The greater the power of the ultrasonic wave,the finer the grain size of the 5182 aluminum alloy strip,and the smaller the degree of element segregation,the higher the tensile mechanical properties.When the ultrasonic power is 800 W,the tensile strength of the 5182 aluminum alloy strip is 211.4 MPa and the elongation is 18.4%.Compared with the 5182 aluminum alloy strip prepared by continuous casting and rolling process without ultrasonic vibration,the tensile strength is increased by 15.8% and the elongation is increased by 26.0%.
