| 摘 要： | 农村土地整理效益预测是农村土地整理工作开展的重要组成部分,如何预测及预测要达到的目的需要进行科学的探索。采用层次分析法构建了土地整理的效益预测模式,对土地整理的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益作综合预测,并在这3种效益的基础上分出3个子预测层,共同构成预测树,根据预测树的结果分析土地整理工作的效益。图1,表2,参2。

| Abstract: | It is an indispensably part for the rural land assembly to forecast its benefit. This paper makes use of hiberarchy-analyzing idea and sets up a benefit forecasting model constituting of economic benefit, societal benefit and environmental benefit, and furthermore constructs three forecasting sub-layers, one forecasting tree, and accordingly figures out the actual benefit of one selected area. |
