高含湿低强度太阳能对流干燥过程的传热传质特征

摘    要:在研究Luikov‘s热湿迁移基础上,在低强度和高含湿量的条件下,建立 了一个一维无限大平板太阳能对流干燥的热湿迁移数学模型,数值模拟了太阳能的干燥过程,同时,使用太阳能温室型集热器对流干燥装置对泡沫塑料进行连续干燥实验,所测温度和含湿量随时间的变化规律与计算结果相一致,表明这个理论模型是正确的。

Abstract:On the basis of studying Luikov's heat and mass transfer equations,a mathematical model of one dimension infinite plate of solar convective drying under low intensity and high initial moisture condition is established.Procedures of actual solar drying are simulated numerically with the model.On the mean time,the experiments of solar convective drying on foamed plastics are done in a collector--greenhouse solar dryer.The theoretic model is proved correct since the calculated results agree with change pattern of measured temperature and moisture content as a function of time.
