| 摘 要： | 速度素质的发展比较复杂,要求各方面技术的协调与组合。在教练员或老师的实际训练指导中,往往只重视运动技术等方面的具体的专项训练,而缺乏从影响速度素质等各方面进行系统的分析。

| Abstract: | The developing of speed competence is rather complex because it needs the coordinating and composing of various technical aspects.However,many trainers and teachers only focus on specific technical training but ignore the importance of the systematic analyzing the factors which has hindered the improvement of trainees' skill through the speed competence aspect. |
