| 摘 要： | 西部旅游资源得天独厚，旅游业发展潜力巨大。要发展西部旅游业，需要有科学的规则与管理，更新的观念，改变传统的开发模式，规范的旅游市场，加大旅游地形象宣传和促销并建立信息网络，形成大运量立体旅游交通网络，优化旅游经济结构，实现知识创新开发并培养高素质人才队伍。

| Abstract: | The western tourism resources are in an advantageous position, and have great developing potentiality. To develop the western tourism, it is necessary to have scientific programs, management, and renewed concept. Meanwhile, it is necessary to change the traditional development patterns, to standardize the tourism market, to make propagation and promotion of famous places much more and set up a perfect information network, to form a solid and great volume traffic network of tourism, to improve the constructure of turism economy, and to renew our knowledge and to train a team of high quality professionals. |
