摘    要:在微波辐射条件下,首先由改进的Chichibabin反应和水合肼催化还原合成了一种新型含吡啶环的芳香二胺(PBAP),然后由此经"两步法"分别制备了其均聚和共缩聚聚酰亚胺.利用FT-IR和1H NMR对PBAP和两种聚酰亚胺的结构进行测试分析,通过TGA和溶解性能测试对聚酰亚胺的性能进行分析.结果发现:通过共缩聚方法在聚酰亚胺分子链中引入柔性的醚键、大的苯环侧基和芳香杂环,使其在保持良好的热稳定性(在N2中的T10%为569.5℃)的同时,可进一步提高聚合物的溶解性能,使其具有一定的加工使用性能.

Abstract:A novel aromatic diamine containing pyridine ring,4-phenyl-2,6-bis(4-aminophenyl) pyridine(PBAP) was successfully synthesized respectively by modified Chichibabin reaction and catalytic reduction with hydrazine monohydrate under microwave irradiation,and then homo-polyimide and co-condensed polyimide containing pyridine ring were prepared by two-step condensation polymerization.The chemical structure of PBAP and the two polyimides were characterized by fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(^1H NMR) spectroscopy.Thermal stability and solubility of the polymers were studied by thermogravimetry analyzer(TGA) and solubility testing.It was found that the thermal property of the polymers was maintained with a 10% thermal decomposition temperature under N2 was 569.5 ℃,as well as the solubility was further improved by co-condensation polymerization with introducing flexible linkage(ether bond),bulky pendant substituent(phenyl) and aromatic heterocycle(pyridine ring).As a result,the processing property and using performance of this polyimide were ameliorated ulteriorly.
