摘    要:羟基磷灰石具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,是较好的生物材料,被广泛应用于骨组织的修复与替代技术.但是,由于材料本身力学性能较差制约了羟基磷灰石的进一步应用,因此提高及制备综合性能优越的复合生物材料是当今研究的重心和热点.本文综述了羟基磷灰石(HA)复合生物材料的最新进展和研究现状,并简单探讨了它们的发展方向.

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite bioceramic has been widely used as reconstructive and prosthetic material for osseous tissue,owing to its excellent biocompatibility and tissue bioactivity.But the poor mechanical property of hydroxyapatite restricts its further application.In order to enhance the comprehensive performance of the material,many researches have been dedicated to the synthesization of the composite bioceramic materials.This article reviews the latest progress in studies of hydroxyapatite(HA) biocomposite.The directions in this research area are described as well.
