| Abstract: | In uniformly convex Banach spaces that satisfy Opial's condition or have Frechet differentiable norm,the author uses analysis method to establish a weak convergence theorem,which shows that the modified Ishikawa iterative sequence converges weakly to the fixed points of asymptotically nonexpansive mappings. |
