支持科技项目评审的信息处理技术

科技项目评审系统是电子政务系统中一个重要的组成部分。针对现有科技项目评审系统中普遍存在的诸如项目分组、相似项目的比较以及评审信息呈现等问题,该文旨在将信息处理技术引入评审系统,帮助有关评审部门改进评审过程,提高项目评审的效率与质量。为解决现有系统中存在的问题,对信息检索、文本聚类、数据可视化等信息处理技术进行了研究,并分析了如何将这些技术应用到科技项目评审过程中以解决上述问题。给出了解决问题的具体方案并将上述信息处理技术成功地集成到现有的科技项目评审系统中。实践证明:这些技术的使用增强了评审系统的易用性,有效提高了评审效率。
