摘    要:该文通过分析混合反射特性表面在实施光刀法三维形貌测量过程中的噪声来源,给出了噪声与有效条纹图像形态学特征的差异。根据两者的灰度连续性差异,提出了去除噪声的图像处理方法。首先增强条纹状噪声的灰度离散化程度,使用灰度阈值的图像分割方法,分离噪声与背景亮度,同时保持有效条纹的灰度连续性;再通过基于图像形态学的处理方法去除已经颗粒化的噪声,对已去噪图像的有效条纹进行边缘修复和断线连接,得到有效条纹的二值化掩模图像。用掩模图像与原图像相乘,可提取出原图像中的有效信息。结果表明:该方法从具有噪声的光刀图像中准确地提取出了有效条纹。
