| 摘 要： | 为了强化战略管理理论中战略实施与控制的科学性,针对常见战略实施过程的特点,尤其是具有模糊性质的复杂战略实施过程,通过Bossel标准、Delphi法、层次分析(AHP)以及分别引入隶属函数、Hamming距离和灰类白化函数等方法,对战略实施过程的指标量化、指标权重确立和战略实施过程中状态判定的定量分析方法进行研究,实现了利用隶属度向量、属性测度、聚类系数等数据结果解读战略实施中的阶段性评价问题的方法。结果表明:该文方法丰富和完善了战略管理理论,在一定程度上满足了国内外经济社会发展所涉及的领域对战略实施中动态调整与战略实施控制的方法需求。
